1. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, Pay-Pal (additional 2,4% fee), Credit Card (additional 2,4% fee) etc.

2. Down-payment between 10% – 25% by confirmation/reservation of goods depending on the deal and the rest amount can be paid as agreed.

We suggest the following payment methods by full payment or remaining amount:

A. Picking up the goods at our warehouse with all necessary documents.

B. We can deliver the goods to any destination after full payment including all necessary documents.

C. We accept Letter of credit but it must be irrevocable, confirmed to our bank in Germany (If agreed by both parties).

D. If the customer prefers a different payment method which is not listed above and which is secure for both parties, we will negotiate it.

Delivery charges within Germany:
– Order value under 1.000,- €:  65,- €/Pallet
– Order value above 1.000,- €:  50,- €/Pallet

 

Delivery charges within Europe:

1 X Pallet:  195,00 €/Pallet
2 X Pallets: 180,00 €/Pallet
3 X Pallets: 160,00 €/Pallet
4 X Pallets: 135,00 €/Pallet

Delivery charges for all other countries:

– on request

If no other period of delivery is mentioned in the description of the product or agreed upon otherwise, the shipping of the product will take place under reserve within eight business days after formation of the contract.

(If the method of payment is an upfront payment, the product will be shipped after receiving the total costs for both: The good and the shipping).
